These terms govern access to the Wisson Robotics website. A quotation or contract we issue is what governs a purchase. Specifications published here are indicative until that document says otherwise.
By using this website you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you use the site for a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.
If you do not agree, please stop using the site. We may refuse access where these terms are not accepted or are broken.
The site presents Wisson Robotics, our pliable-robot technology, products, industries, services, news and careers. It is an information and enquiry channel. It is not a shop, and placing an enquiry does not create an order.
We may change, suspend or withdraw pages, downloads or forms without notice, including for maintenance or security. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
You may browse the site and send a genuine business or career enquiry. You must not:
Forms ask only for what we need to reply, send a document, or consider an application. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and for having the right to share it, including a CV or a description of a customer site.
Do not send confidential drawings or personal data about other people unless you are allowed to and the information is necessary. Unsolicited ideas about products or branding may be treated as non-confidential. We are under no duty to adopt them or to pay for them.
Career applications are invitations to be considered. Nothing on the careers pages is an offer of employment.
Photographs, drawings, dimensions, payloads, reach, lead times and availability on this site are illustrative. They can change with configuration, options, site conditions and the revision of a product. A written quotation issued by Wisson is the offer you can accept, and only that quotation states the specification, price, Incoterms, warranty and delivery that apply to an order.
Robotic systems must be integrated, commissioned and operated by qualified people, within the manual and the applicable safety rules. Website content is not an instruction to deploy a system and is not a substitute for a risk assessment on your site.
The site and its contents — including text, graphics, photographs, video, drawings, layout, software and downloads — are owned by Wisson Robotics or its licensors. Product names including Pliabot®, and marks such as SlimDrive™ and SlimEngine™, are our trademarks or the trademarks of our group. You may not use them in a way that suggests sponsorship or partnership without written consent.
You may view the site and make a temporary copy in your browser cache, and you may download a document we offer for your internal evaluation. You may not copy site text, drawings or photographs for commercial use, or remove a copyright or trademark notice, without written permission from Wisson Robotics.
If you believe material on the site infringes your rights, email bd@wissonrobotics.com with the page address, a description of the work, and your contact details. We will review credible notices and remove or disable access where appropriate.
The site may link to video hosts, maps, social networks or a customer’s own site, and it may load a language tool. Those services have their own terms and privacy notices. A link is not an endorsement. We are not responsible for third-party content or for a service we do not control.
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted availability. Case studies describe particular projects. They are not a promise that the same result will be achieved on another site.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such a limit is prohibited.
Subject to that, Wisson Robotics and its directors and staff are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising out of your use of the website. Our total liability arising out of the website, other than a liability that cannot be limited, will not exceed CNY 1,000 in aggregate.
A claim about a purchased system is governed by the contract and warranty for that system, not by this cap. You will indemnify Wisson Robotics against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from content you submit or from your breach of these terms, except to the extent caused by our own fault.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Shenzhen, Guangdong have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may also seek interim relief in another court to protect intellectual property or confidential information. Mandatory consumer or data-protection rights in your country remain available where the law says they cannot be waived.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. These terms are the whole website agreement and replace earlier website terms.
We may update these terms by editing this page. The new version applies from the date the page is saved. The “Last updated” line at the top follows that save. The terms that apply to an order are the ones referenced in the quotation or contract.
