SERVICES & SUPPORT

You Buy a System.
You Get a Team.

Commissioning, pilot certification, remote diagnostics and spare envelopes on the shelf. Every account has a named engineer who has flown the system you bought.

What We Cover

Four Services,
Included or on Contract.

  • Included

    Commissioning

An engineer comes to your first site, sets the system up with your crew and stays for the first working day. You start with a configuration proven on your own asset, not a factory default.

    Schedule Commissioning
  • Included, 24 Months

    Remote diagnostics

Flight and pressure logs upload after each session. If something drifts, we see it before you do and ship the part before the job stops. Response within one working day, worldwide.

  • On Contract

    Spares & Servicing

Muscle envelopes, nozzles, seals and pump kits held in regional stock. Annual service contracts include a scheduled overhaul and a loan unit while yours is away.

  • On Request

    Application Engineering

A difficult surface, an unusual airframe, a coating we have not sprayed before. Our FAE team runs the trial, documents the parameters and hands you a repeatable procedure.

Pilot Training

Three Days to a
Certified Crew.

Training runs at your site or at our facility in Shenzhen. Pilots leave certified on the exact system they will fly, with a logbook and a written procedure for their asset type.

FAQ

Asked
Most Often.

If your question is not here, our support team answers within one working day.

Ask a Question
  • Do my pilots need a specific licence to fly the system?

They need whatever the local aviation authority requires for the drone itself — in the EU, typically an A2 certificate for the M350 class. Our systems do not add a licensing requirement, but working heights above 15 m in the EU usually fall under STS-01.

  • How long does a muscle envelope last?

The muscle envelope is the 400-hour service part. It is swapped on site in under ten minutes, and spare envelopes are held in regional stock.

  • Can the system fly on a drone we already own?

Tell us the airframe you fly and our FAE team will check it with you. An unusual airframe is handled as an application engineering job, with the parameters documented for your crew.

  • What happens if a part fails mid-contract?

Flight and pressure logs show the drift, and the part ships from regional stock before the job stops. Annual service contracts include a loan unit while yours is away.

  • In what weather can the crew actually work?

Wind and weather decision limits are part of the Plan and supervise course, so the person signing off the job makes the call on site. Your named engineer can walk you through the limits for your asset.
