We are 260 people between Shenzhen, Hong Kong and Europe, making robots that replace the most dangerous job on a construction site. Engineering, field operations, and the commercial side that keeps it running.
This is not a long research runway. Something you design in spring is usually on a site by autumn, flown by a crew who will tell you exactly what is wrong with it. Most of our engineers have been on a roof at 6 a.m. watching their own part fail, and that is the point.
We own the whole stack — materials, fluid drive, control algorithms, the app the pilot uses. Whatever you work on, you will end up in a room with the people who own the layers above and below it.
You will shape the geometry of Pliabot® muscles and the braided composite layers around them, then take each design to failure on the test bench and learn from it.
