Build The Thing
That Goes up Instead.

We are 260 people between Shenzhen, Hong Kong and Europe, making robots that replace the most dangerous job on a construction site. Engineering, field operations, and the commercial side that keeps it running.

What the Work is Like

Our Prototype Ends up
on a Building, Quickly.

Aerial cleaning drone with an orange Pliabot® muscle joint and a Wisson spray module

This is not a long research runway. Something you design in spring is usually on a site by autumn, flown by a crew who will tell you exactly what is wrong with it. Most of our engineers have been on a roof at 6 a.m. watching their own part fail, and that is the point.

We own the whole stack — materials, fluid drive, control algorithms, the app the pilot uses. Whatever you work on, you will end up in a room with the people who own the layers above and below it.

More About Us

Laboratory Showcase

  • Long assembly hall with test benches and several multirotor drones on the floor
  • Engineers talking in front of a fenced robot test cell
  • Engineer flying a drone inside a glass-walled test bay
  • Large multirotor drone on a workbench by the window

The Practical Part

What We Offer.

  • Equity for Everyone

CV and a short note on what you want to build. We reply either way within a week.

  • Field Days

Engineering staff spend time on real deployments. Travel is paid, not expected for free.

  • Health & Insurance

Full cover in every region we employ, including family plans.

  • Learning Budget

An annual allowance for courses, conferences and certifications.

  • Relocation Support

Visa handling and a settling-in allowance for international hires.

  • Flexible Hours

Core overlap hours, the rest is yours. Field work is planned around weather, not clocks.

Open Positions

Twelve Roles Open.

  • All
  • Engineering
  • Field Operations
  • Commercial
  • Corporate
  • Senior mechanical engineer — compliant structures

Muscle geometry, braided composites, failure testing

    Shenzhen Full-time

You will shape the geometry of Pliabot® muscles and the braided composite layers around them, then take each design to failure on the test bench and learn from it.

  • Control systems engineer — SlimDrive™

    Closed-loop pneumatics, 1 kHz regulation, embedded C

    Shenzhen Full-time

You will work on the closed-loop pneumatic regulation inside SlimDrive™, writing embedded C that holds pressure steady on real machines in the field.

    Apply for this Role
  • Robotics software engineer — deformable-body modelling

    SlimEngine™ solver, simulation, sway compensation

    Shenzhen / Remote Full-time

You will extend the SlimEngine™ solver that models soft, deformable bodies, and turn simulation results into sway compensation the pilots can feel.

    Apply for this Role
  • Materials engineer — envelope durability

Abrasion, UV and sub-zero qualification programmes

    Shenzhen Full-time

You will plan and run the abrasion, UV and sub-zero programmes that decide which envelope materials are good enough to leave the lab.

    Apply for this Role
  • Test engineer — field qualification

Runs the programme that decides whether a build ships

    Shenzhen / Remote Full-time

You will own the field qualification programme: define the tests, run them on site with the crews and give a clear answer on whether a build ships.

    Apply for this Role
  • Field application engineer — Europe

Trials, commissioning, and the difficult surfaces nobody has sprayed

    Shenzhen Full-time

You will run customer trials and commissioning in Europe, and work out how to handle the difficult surfaces nobody has sprayed before.
